AMRAP 22:
(w/ a partner)

Partner 1: 
15 Wall Balls (20,14)
30 Ab-mat sit-ups 
45 Double Under's  

Partner 2: 
100m Double KB Front Rack Carry (35,26)

*Complete the AMRAP together. Partner 1 will start the AMRAP,
while Partner 2 starts the 100m Front Rack Carry. Once partner 2 finishes
the 100m Front Rack Carry, Partner 2 will pick up wherever Partner 1 
was in the AMRAP.
